I was pleasantly surprised at how much I took from this class and how much I enjoyed it. I thought this class would be stripping away my writing for business e-mails, but it was so much more than that. I feel like I can write just more efficiently now, without losing my more detailed writing skills. It was a really good refresh on old basics I haven't touched on since grade school/high school - but that are still so important in day-to-day work.

As a ten-year professional journalist, I was very impressed with the new strategies of written communication taught by Allyncia. The results-oriented focus make the lessons applicable to daily business life and interactions. The communications math formula is a great way to express dialogue, whether it is written or oral.
