I thought this class would be stripping away my writing for business e-mails, but it was so much more than that. I feel like I can write just more efficiently now, without losing my more detailed writing skills. It was a really good refresh on old basics I haven't touched on since grade school/high school - but that are still so important in day-to-day work.
